I'm a former teacher and a mom of two. Every kid's brainforest works a little differently, and some just need a bit of extra help. That's what I do, one kid at a time.
I've taught every elementary subject, so we can work on whatever your child needs. Reading is my specialty, which makes me a strong fit for kids who struggle with it, including those with dyslexia. Either way, my style is the same: patient, warm, and fun.
I work with kids from age 3 through middle school. Every session is built around your child, and every kind of mind is welcome.
Step-by-step reading help: phonics, decoding, fluency, and spelling.
Grades K–8Hands-on homework help and skill-building, matched to your child's class.
Grades K–8For kids who can read but need to do it with confidence and understanding.
Grades 2–8Playful sessions building letters, numbers, and a love of books before kindergarten.
Ages 3–5*No diagnosis needed. It helps kids with dyslexia and struggling readers alike.
One-on-one sessions, in person or online.
Most kids do best 2 or 3 times a week:
Kids at a similar level can pair up or join a small group for a lower rate each. Just ask.
If my rates are out of reach, reach out. I keep a few sliding-scale spots open, no forms or explanations needed. Every kid deserves someone in their corner.
Three easy ways to meet. Pick whatever works best for your family.
